Towards a strategy for sustainable tourism in the Sine Saloum (Senegal)

Liguria Region and the KIP International School: partners of CIDES Saloum in developing a strategy on sustainable tourism in the Sine Saloum (Senegal)

The final workshop of this first phase of analysis and development of a document about integrated tourism in the Pole of Sine Saloum (Senegal) was held on January 24, 2018 at the Hotel Relais in Kaolack, led by the CIDES Saloum and elaborated together with public and private actors of the sector. This was the last activity of a series of meetings financed by the Liguria Region (Italy) through the Universitas Program of the KIP International School (KIP IS) and is the continuation of the work done during the programs: CIDEL of the Ministry of Territorial Governance, Development and Territorial Planning (MGTDAT) and PIDES of the Ministry of Women, Family and Gender (MFFG), both funded by the Italian Cooperation and implemented with the technical and methodological support of KIP IS.
